Payment must be received within TWO weeks of auction date. If items are unpaid KBK Sports has the right to return the item into the auction pool. Payment extensions/Invoices can be arranged.
KBK Sports can deliver items to winners that live within the New England area within reason.
Items can be shipped out with Customers responsible for paying the price of shipping. Items try to be shipped within 4-5 business days. KBK Sports is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during shipping. A Tracking Number will be provided once the item has been shipped out.
KBK Sports uses stock photos for each item. Items may vary slightly from the photograph. Please read the product description for an accurate look at the current item.
KBK Sports will only hold onto PAID items for 90 days without correspondence.
KBK Sports sends out E-mails to winning bidders that do not immediately pay for the item when the auction ends. These E-mails act as a receipt of your winnings from the previous day’s auctions. If you believe you had the winning bid on an item and do not receive an E-mail, please feel free to E-mail us at chris@kbk-sports.com.
KBK Sports may set reserve bids on any item within all auctions.
KBK Sports reserves the right to freeze your bidding rights if we believe any conduct is malicious.
The amount a customer bids in an auction is the amount that they are responsible for paying when they win an item.
